Rare beautiful a-frame for rent at a very affordable price (very hard to find in Idyllwild these days). Epic west-facing views of the nightly sunset show from the back deck. Tons of privacy with no other houses in view from the deck (but neighbors are close enough behind and on sides of you to still feel connected). Very quiet and peaceful and healing. Feels like a treehouse surrounded by nature. House is ideal for a single or couple using the extra bedrooms for guest room or den (as there is only one shower and it is in the main bedroom). It is not ideal for dogs (no fenced yard) or children (deck is very high with sloped hill below). I am the current tenant, and need to move back east for personal reasons, so I am collecting candidates to pass along to the landlord. I will present her with the top candidates in mid September, and she will want to meet them in person from there.
