This house is like new. Everything is completely new. Appliances, flooring, bathrooms, paint, HVAC. It is a great space with large yard. Very quiet and convenient to shopping. It is close to downtown, Riverside, Orange Park, Historic Avondale and Springfield. There is a large building that can be used for storage or a workshop. Renter is responsible for water and electric. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. The landlord does not want tenants that are partiers, drink, or do drugs. We do not allow storing extra vehicles, materials or equipment on property. If any extra vehicles are parked at property for more than a week, the landlords charge daily. If car is not moved in a week, landlords have car removed and the tenants will be charged for it. The property is inspected regularly with prior notice to tenants. We would like long term tenants that will enjoy, respect, and take care of the beautiful home we rent to them.
