Tenant Requirements & Important Information Application Fee A non-refundable $50.00 application fee must be submitted via money order payable to Hacienda Del Sol. Tenant Approval All new tenants must be approved by the Homeowners Association (HOA). The caretaker has no control over the approval process. The HOA has the full authority to require the landlord to remove any tenant who fails to follow community rules. Late Fees Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A firm late fee of $225.00 will be applied if payment is received after the 5th. Eviction Policy The caretaker strives to avoid eviction whenever possible. However, if necessary, eviction proceedings will be initiated to recover 100% of any outstanding rent, along with any applicable fees. Parking Requirements Once approved, you will receive: A parking tag Your assigned parking number The parking tag must be clearly visible on your vehicle at all times. Vehicles must have active insurance and valid registration tags at all times. Mailbox Key Tenants are responsible for going to the local post office to: Pay for their mailbox Obtain their mailbox key Painting Policy The caretaker does not accept any requests to repaint the unit in a different color. Move-In Requirement The first month's rent must be paid prior to move-in. Utility Setup Tenants must contact OUC (Orlando Utilities Commission) to establish electric service under their own name.
