Applications accepted only through Cozy.All adults who will live on the property must apply and undergo a criminal background check and credit report. Home tours will only be offered to those whose applications qualify per current Sonoma County public health rules to minimize tours. Home underwent full COVID-19 disinfection on Monday July 6 with repairs expected to be completed Friday, July 17th. Once repairs are finished and house has been cleaned over the weekend of July 18 and 19, we will be allowed under current public health rules to offer tour appointments for households that qualify for renting. If Sonoma County public health orders change due to the higher rate of cases, we will update our procedures and notify applicants.
