This house was built in 1900. It has all new plumbing, foundation, roof and wiring. On demand hot water. It is two stories. There are separate water gas and electric meters. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. If you are a gardener great! If not, I will have to hire someone and add to the rent. This is a no smoking property. It is a family neighborhood with lots of kids. I am looking for someone who will fit in. I really like all the neighbors and don't want any issues. Rent is due and payable by the last day of the previous month.
