House would need to be moved as it sits on my fiances parents property. So we have no claim to the land that it sits on. So the price listed is not correct. We are thinking of trying to sell for around $10,000, but we'll have a set price after we fix some of the problems. It does need some work in master bathroom due to a leak. But over all its a nice house, with lamanent flooring throughout the majority of the house. We plan on fixing some of the problems that we can before selling. New water heater as of January of 2015. Have information of the moving company that moved the mobile to this location if interested. They were amazing and did their best to keep the walls in tact as best as possible. But things do happen when moving mobiles, so the sheet rock in the 3rd bedroom would need to be repaired where it came apart at the seam. Willing to negotiate prices whenever we decide to sale.
