The renters will be on a year to year lease. Renters are responsible for all bills related to the house, such as: water, electricity, WiFi, rent which is $1320 due on the first of every month, etc. Renters are also accountable for small maintenances around the house such as holes in the walls or broken blinds. Owners will fix or replace any major maintenance that the house needs like the water heater breaking or things in that manor. If lease is broken there will be a fee of $250 and if not paid it will come out of the security deposit.
