This home is in an area zoned 40' industrial and is the only home on the block that has not yet built up (see the picture) and added a second story with panoramic San Francisco and Bay Bridge views. Neighborhood Description A lot of homes advertise as being in Potrero Hill but really aren't: we are. This is close in North slope Potrero. We are easy walking distance from the restaurants on 18th street, the cafes, but still park in front of our house every night. We will be one block from the Whole Foods when it opens later this year. The area is still 90% single family homes. We are also a quick four blocks from the 280/101 South Freeway for anyone who works in down the peninsula, but still 5 minutes from downtown SF.
