This house is one block up the hill in coraopolis so it's walking distance to the town of coraopolis but with a bit more privacy / less road noise. Plenty of Street Parking available (vacant lot next to mine). You will be SHARING an 1100 sq ft house with others. All you are responsible for is paying rent on the 1st and making sure you are clean and respectful towards roommates. You must be clean and responsible or this isn't an option for you. I furnish the bedrooms (new queen size beds), the house, and pay all the bills. 2 full size refrigerators in kitchen/dining room Landlord/ property manager for 15 years.
