We have a unique situation, please read fully to understand: The downstairs bedroom is currently occupied by our live in nanny, and our maintenance man occupies the room in the garage- they will need to stay until May 31st. Our nanny will be gone every day from 7 am until 8 pm, as he will be with us at our new house. Our maintenance man keeps to himself and will be no bother. The rental cost while Jeremy (our nanny) and Gary (our maintenance man) are living in the house will be $3500/month. Once we have another place for them to move, the rent will increase to $5200/month. Please understand these terms before reaching out to see the house. The house has been fully upgraded with gorgeous quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floor downstairs and bamboo wood floor upstairs, large open concept living spaces (two separate living rooms), and two dining areas- one in the kitchen and one formal dining room near the large living room. Whole house solar makes the electricity bill almost $0! A grand curved staircase leads you upstairs to the three available bedrooms. The Master bedroom is oversized with a large walk-in closet and a large beautifully upgraded master bath with another closet and separate tub and shower. The two secondary bedrooms share a separate wing of the house with a shared bathroom (also beautifully upgraded with double sinks and shower/tub combo) and a large storage area outside the bedrooms. The house has a driveway large enough to fit 3 cars plus plenty of easy street parking with no restrictions.
