My home is located on a residential street. Plenty of children. Parking can sometimes be difficult, although my home is on wide tree lined block. I have a small yard as you approach the property. There are two sets of stairs, but only 4 steps at the bottom and three at the top. I have a closed in porch which is meant to be a sunroom. As you enter the home the living room and dining room are the first thing you see. Further back off to the side of the dining room is the entrance to the kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. There are two windows in the kitchen that face the back yard. Yard is approximately 200 sq feet. Entrance to backyard is thru the basement.
