Relatively new house in the Pleasant Hill community about 10 minutes from downtown Bryan. The community has several amenities including a pool with large pavilion and walking trails. I am looking for a new renter that would live with a TAMU graduate student (male) once I move for work. The house has a three-bedroom two-bathroom layout, with the third bedroom acting as a home office. The house also includes a small fenced in yard, large back porch with grill, garage, and spaces for gardening. The new tenant would replace me in the spacious master bedroom which includes a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and large bathtub. House is furnished other than master bedroom. Other furniture tenant owns (e.g., couch) could replace current furniture outside master bedroom or stored in garage if approved by landlord. Timeline for moving in is flexible but no earlier than late August preferably, but negotiable. If you are interested, please contact me about scheduling the time to tour the room and house.
