I have a one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement apartment for rent. The apartment has an entryway on the East side of the home. The apartment itself has a full kitchen and full-size laundry room. If the tenant wants to keep my washer and dryer in the unit, we can discuss this further. Tenant will have a flat fee for Water, Power & Gas. First & Last month due at time of signing lease Agreement. The last months rent will still be due on the final and last month after receiving a written 30 day notice to vacate from the tenant.
