This is a singlewide mobile home in a small quiet mobile home park. We are not Section 8 approved and therefore do not accept Section 8. No smoking (inside or out), 1 animal could be approved but the animal must be met by the property owners and approved. Absolutely no animal less than 1 year old will be approved. There is a small yard that is not fenced and 2 off-street parking spots. Must fill out application prior to scheduling a showing. Pre-qualification is necessary before you will be shown the property. If and animal is approved there is an additional $100 pet deposit and an additional $100/month pet rent. No smoking, not inside, not outside. No smoking period, end of story. We are not approved for Section 8 and will not be going thru the process to get approved. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, internet, etc) Owner pays water, sewer, garbage. We have parking for 2 cars only. 1 Year lease required
