This is a really nice FURNISHED bedroom with a 3 bed 1 bath house. The utilities are included in the price(water, electricity, and WiFi). This house is in a great location pretty much in the midpoint of the peninsula so you can get to the beach/downtown/gym/shopping etc. conveniently. No overnight guests are allowed. I'm fairly tidy but not really intense about most things. I do not have any pets and are NOT necessarily amped about the prospect of adding cats, dogs or birds or high maintenance animals to the house.
