We require a credit score of 700 or above. We ask for a non-reimbursable application fee of $25-75 to run an official credit score check (after we confirm your interest in renting the property). No application fee is necessary to view the property. Renter pays for all utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash pickup, etc.). The pet situation is flexible and is up for discussion.
