It is a condominium so it mostly owners that live there, so it very quite and private. Term of the lease will be 1 year. First and last month rent fee is required at the time of the lease signing, plus a security deposit equal to the rent fee. So at time of signing we would require a payment of $7050.00. Water bill is included in the rent fee but all other utilities are not included. Owner will supply the AC Filters monthly. Secured gated parking underneath the building and the apartment comes with two parking spaces. The building association reviews and approves all applicants and conducts background checks before approving any new tenant.
