My home did not sell on 9/9/2013. My wife and I added my son to the deed. As our only child our attorney advised us to add our son's name to save inheritance and transfer taxes. The county recorder explained that the change in the deed must have triggered the computer program that indicated that a sale had taken place. Please remove the information that the house was sold. It was not. I wrote to zillow about this six months ago and the mistake was not corrected.
