Professional earthquake proof rack. Wifi last few feet. Frontier Fiber sharing with 2 other properties onsite 3. Cox TV via underground cable connection and inside wiring. All movie channels. Deluxe package. $80. Costs $310 but you will be sharing via expert cabling between units. 4. Water, Sewer and Trash: Way too expenisve. Like $300! Your part is $75 So $280 total. ZERO profit in that. In fact i will have to pay for EXPENSIVE cabler to run fiber through the conduit with pull rope and then do inside wiring to where you want your TV. That will cost me $2-300. Won't cost you anything. In the old days, Utilities included. But no way in Hell can i afford to do that as SB has gone crazy with high Utility costs. Costs detailed in main Description
