Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home in the El Cerrito school district. We love our home, the neighborhood, and our neighbors, but we are moving for a job. The house has pretty good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom is on a floor by itself, and another one has a built-in loft with a sky light that can be used for sleeping or for play. Off the kitchen, there's a small breakfast nook that we use as an office. We recently painted most of the interior, and the exterior was painted about six months ago as well. The washer and dryer is only 5 months old. The garage can fit one car, and there's lots of shelves for storage. We park two cars in our driveway. The backyard is a really good size and includes a pizza oven (with firewood), a basketball rim, fruit trees (fig, apple, grape, lemon (from neighboring house)), hammock/swing. Our neighbors are lovely, and we really enjoy this friendly and quiet neighborhood with several parks that are walking distance. For hiking, Wildcat Canyon is a 5-min drive, and Tilden and Point Pinole are a 15-min drive. The El Cerrito del norte BART station is less than a 5 minute drive.
