Neighborhood Description This is perhaps the finest neighborhood I have ever lived in, and as a military retiree, I have lived in many areas of the United States. Very Quiet. Near to most everything normally needed. The huge live oak trees form a canapy over many of the surrounding roads. Temperature seldom gets much below freezing and the heat is lessened by the three mile wide St. Johns river.
