Since buying this home I have made many updates. The floors in the living room and all 3 bedrooms are solid oak, sanded, stained and sealed. The bathroom has a new tub with tub enclosure and gentle glide shower doors and a new vanity with vessel sink and a lighted mirror medicine cabinet. There is a ceiling fan to help keep the shower condensation out when showering. The kitchen has all new cupboards and cabinets, counter top, flooring and a Farmer (Apron) stainless steel sink. All new stainless steel appliances, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The garage has been turned into a family room with a vaulted ceiling and I put a tiffany lamp/fan in. Had a 12x20 shed built in the back yard with a pitched roof and shelves. The windows are about a year old and are very nice and easy to work with. This is a lovely home you must see.
