    I'm moving much sooner than I had planned and am looking for a great tenant to take advantage of the circumstances. Ideally it would be a 6mo lease but is negotiable. 420 friendly, pet friendly. I have more pics upon request and YES, it's very nice on the inside. Just messy from packing up the house. Built in 1949, the House is a "bulletproof" 3bd 1ba, about 1500sf, A/C, heat, internal vacuum system, koi pond, fire pit and trampoline out back. There is a big garage but it's not included at this time. However, there are two private and secured parking spaces out back in addition to street parking in front. Freshly painted interior with a mid-century appeal, stainless appliances. I can include furnishings/flat screen tv(s), entertainment center, couch etc. if desired. In the future the house will be made available as an air bnb property but until I have the time to put that together I'd like a standard lease. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, SUPER EASY access regardless of direction you need to go. It's directly off 6th ave, minutes from downtown and 3/4 mile from I-25. Great place for kids if you have any. You will not be disappointed with this house, that is a guarantee. I love this place very much and have invested my blood sweat and tears into this place. It would be great to find someone who can appreciate it as much as I do. I need to rehang a gate (Wind blew it right off) and will be repainting the exterior this fall. The front yard looks different than the picture as this was taken a few years ago. 420 ok but no smoking cigarettes inside, period! There's plenty of garden space out back with quite a few fruits and veggies to help yourself to, plant your own and enjoy. Dogs ok, cats ok, with deposit. I am negotiable and easy to get along with.
