The home is in a very nice and safe neighborhood called Naglee Park. Very friendly neighbors and close to San Jose State and highways 280, 101, 87 and 17/880. I have lived there for 20 years and have never had any problems. All the rooms in the house are spacious. It has a brand new heater system and new kitchen appliances. There is a small basement for storage and a breakfast nook that could be used as a small bedroom. Please contact me with any questions you may have or would like to set up an appointment. I am available everyday during the week after 2:30. Lease terms are, 1 year or multi year contract. Pet deposit of $300 is required if you have pets. Renters pay all utilities and garbage, cable etc. The exterior of the house was just painted on 12/07/2020 I will need access to the detached garage every once in a while but I will always call in advance. I will supply a gardener for the property, if needed. The back yard is dirt right now. It is great for dogs or a nice garden.
