Quiet, regardless. -Convertible Studio (Large!) -New, beautiful wood floors -Large closet space + another bonus closet -Living/Bedroom area is large and can easily accommodate a queen and have ample room for a large couch and TV. -Beautiful Updated bathroom with built-in shelving -Dining Area right off of the kitchen can accomodate a table -Kitchen w/Dishwasher and newer Stove -Utilities: Heat (radiators), Water, Trash, Sewer are all included with rent. A/C in Notes below. -Laundry: 1 floor below with high capacity machines. 1.00 Dry, 1.50 to Wash. Notes: -During June-August there is an additional fee of $50.00 tacked onto rent to pay for window units you provide. Very cheap for how often it's needed. All utilities included in rent
