This private suite is available month to month or whatever duration over 30 days you need. There will be an initial cleaning fee of $100. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy on site and outside the building. You may park in the driveway or on the street. Be sure to make yourself aware of Grand Rapids street parking laws to avoid being ticketed.
