All homes are located on at least 2/3 of an acre or more with a lot of streets ending in a cul de sac, such as ours. We are one block south of Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with younger families with children moving in everyday. We have a very small homeowners association with dues of only $30 per year and a neighborhood watch with neighbors who really do look out for each other and our properties.
