The Bird's Nest is located in the North Hampton Neighborhood with close proximity to fine dining, fun pubs, beautiful parks, shopping centers and minutes from Saint Louis's best hospitals. We are proud Saint Louis natives and can recommend our favorite local spots. The property is a 4 family building alongside family residential homes on a boulevard. There is usually plenty of street parking right out front. The unit you will reside in is private. The shared basement has your washer and dryer. Each unit has their own washer/dryer-no need to share! The rest of the building is occupied with permanent residence who are quiet and respectful. The unit is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a queen bed. Ideal for a single person or 2 people willing to share a bed. There is also 1 twin cot if needed. Please inform us of any additional guests, not listed on the lease, will be visiting. Thank you. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking needs including: pots, pans, cooking ware, kitchen utensils, cups, plates, storage containers, spices/seasonings, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, oven, gas stove, freezer, fridge, Brita water filter, drying rack etc. There is a garbage disposal. No ice machine. No dishwasher. Thermostat is found in the hall by the bathroom. If you need any assistance with any appliances, please do not hesitate to call/text. There is a trash can and recycling can in the hallway closet. You can dispose of trash and recycling in their designated dumpster/recycling containers found in the alley behind the building by the garage. Street parking available in front of the building. Do not park in the alley or garage. An electronic door lock system is in place. We will provide you the 4 digit code prior to arrival. We will have one security camera facing out towards the street as added safety measure. Side note: This neighborhood is safe. My husband and I lived in this neighborhood for two years and we loved it. It's very walkable with lots of city charm. Saint Louis is still a medium sized city and unfortunately, some crime does happen. Make sure to lock up your belongings, and leave nothing of value in your car. Don't make it easy for petty theft criminals. During colder months, do not leave your keys in ignition with the car running. Quick Rules on pets: No cats allowed. My husband is allergic. Please walk your dogs on leash and pick up after your pet! Other dogs live in the building. Your pet should be well mannered and nondestructive. No Smoking Up to 2 dogs ( 40lbs) allowed at an additional $100/month/pet fee Owner covers all utilities: gas/electricity/internet/water/trash/sewage Unit is FULLY FURNISHED 1 months rent + security deposit paid upon signing lease
