House was newly rebuilt in 2008 with central heat & air and everything new. Still in good shape. Good sized bedroom and bath. Garage included Over the years it's been rented to a nurse then after her a professional guy and for the past few years a librarian. They were all really great tenants who paid on time, took good care of it and we never received complaints from neighbors. You must be able to pass a background check and have excellent credit, provide proof of income / employment and have great references. Strongly prefer no pets and non smokers. We have made exceptions in the past for pets and people smoke outside in the garden area.
