The backyard received a complete makeover. It has been equipped with a gas grill to make your barbecue dinners. The main attraction of course is the newly installed HEATED pool waiting for you to jump into or enjoy relaxing on the sun shelf. We have converted the garage to a cozy Cabana with Bar, large Smart TV, refrigerator and comfortable couch. This cabana is a quiet getaway or use it as your private office/work space. There are also 4 new bikes and helmets, backpack beach chairs and plenty of towels at your disposal. You will never want to leave our little piece of paradise. We are listing our home that has never been rented until now. All bookings will require to sign a rental contract. 3 day minimum rent. Booking daily, weekly and monthly rentals for 2022. We own the home and are renting it ourselves, which means your experience will be the absolute best and we respond to any needs that you may have as a renter. We are very proud of the touches of our new home and want to make sure we get the right people to share it with.
