The exterior features a fenced yard, covered parking for two cars, a front porch with swings, and a private stone patio behind the house suitable for outdoor dining. The home is centrally located in Comfort's historic district steps from High Street and is within two blocks of two banks, a grocery store, multiple restaurants and the library. The house is being offered at a slightly discounted monthly rent of $1,700 due to the bathrooms being ready for a remodel. We are prepared to remodel the bathrooms if the tenant wishes it done while they're living in the house; otherwise, they'll be done at the next summer vacancy. A discount of $50 will be given to tenants who pay their rent by the 28th of each month and deposit it directly into the Wells Fargo account associated with the property or Venmo. Additionally, lawn maintenance is provided at no cost to the tenant. A $1,200 deposit is required if 3 or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds three, an additional $500 deposit will be required before move-in. Cats and small dogs are allowed pending management approval with a $500 deposit being required for the first pet and $250 for each subsequent pet (maximum three pets).
