This is a light rehab. The original investor was from out of town so Refurban Properties purchased it and started repairing the damage to the areas most impacted. Before layout we had the entire floor plan redrawn by a licensed architect and will provide drawings to buyer to maximize investment/use. We removed all hazards, gutted all the plaster except for one room and replaced with drywall, cut all the vegetation down around the property, hauled off 70% of the debris and tree waste and used the rest in a process called Hügelkultur to build flower beds and raised beds for a garden on the property. As a result the soil is some of the best we have seen and have used it to build 3 more gardens. To deter foot traffic, community parking and dumping we installed a fence. We rebuilt the deck front to side porch area and repaired all damage and replaced windows. What's left? Replace ceiling in one room, replace some glass that was broken out the new windows and back door. Install electrical panel and finish plumbing hookups. Add mini splits for hvac.
