Apartment Sub-Lease Hi Everyone! I am looking to find a sub-lease for my apartment (preferably female and goes to Drexel) on 36th and Brandywine. The lease will be from April 1st- August 31st. The rent would be $500/month excluding utilities. It's about a 10 minute walk from Drexel and a 2 minute walk from the Drexel Powelton/Spring Garden shuttle stop. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and everything else in the pictures. There is a shared bathroom for you and one other roommate.
