Two story home with two car garage. Laundry hookups and all appliances in place except for refrigerator, washer and dryer. Space/room next to garage can be used as office, hobby room or storage. There will be only 3 opportunities to visit the house. You are welcome to come to any one of the following viewing times: Thursday May 10, 5-7pm Saturday May 12, 10-12am Monday May 14, 5-7pm The house is rented 'as is.' On and after Tuesday, I will be available for any questions and/or take applications. Application fee will be $35.00. Tenant pays all utilities i.e. gas, electricity, trash collection, water, etc. Owner pays for association fee and basic gardening service. $100.00/mon extra for pet. Only pets 50 lbs under are allowed. Tenant needs to bring own refrigerator, washer and dryer. All other appliances in place.
