We will have a video meeting before arrival. Upfront first , plus $1000 damage deposit to secure the booking. Subsequent monthly payment due 1 week before the next month. No pets, smoking or drugs. No more than 2 day visitors unless requested. No visitors overnight. Keep windows and doors closed when not in the cottage due to sudden squalls. Separate recycling and trash. Keep garbage away from outside animals. 1 parking space in front of the main house. Looking for considerate and quiet renters for the summer season. Share the yard with the owners who live in the main house, while the cottage is right on the water.
