The insulated and drywalled garage (20' x 19') has room for two full-size cars, and was extended to make room for a workshop (18' x 13'). French doors in the dining room and kitchen provide access to the new paver patio (42' x 21') in the backyard. Keep your gardening tools in the cute garden shed. Pipe your sound system through speakers located in the living room, patio, and garage. Please no contact from realtors asking to help me sell this home.
