We had this home modified to be barrier free for wheelchair use. Front and back entryways are flush and all entry and bedroom/bathroom doors are 33" wide. The entry to house from our 2 car garage has a concrete ramp. Master bedroom suite is very spacious and has a large 3 panel closet. Master bathroom has 2 large walk in closets, separate shower with adjustable showerhead and a garden tub with adjustable jets and a huge double vanity sinks and mirror. One sink is accessible for wheelchair user to roll up to and there is a cabinet for storage under the other sink. The living room is very open and connects to kitchen/ dining area. There is a lot of tile countertop space and black/silver gas stove with 5 burners. We had the kitchen sink lowered and able to roll a wheelchair under to make doing dishes more convenient for wheelchair user yet looses no appeal/ uses for others. Also has dishwasher (black) and pull out drawers inside bottom cabinets. The 2 guest rooms are located next to each other but on opposite side of the house then the master bedroom. Both guest bedrooms have walk in closets. The flooring throughout the house is laminated wood and tile. Also a mix of blinds and energy sufficient window coverings throughout with custom draperies in living room and kitchen/dining area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans along with livingroom and dining area. The back patio is huge and enclosed. The whole backyard is secured by brick wall and iron gates. Completely safe for children and pets.
