One of those "they don't build them like this anymore" treasure! It is a concrete block home with black, white & grey Terrazzo floors throughout. All closets are cedar lined ( priceless in FL). Replaced the roof and central A/C in August 2014. The best thing about this house is the neighborhood. Best kept secret in Sarasota. You can see Sarasota Bay if you stand in front of the house yet it is 23' above sea level thereby NOT in a Flood Zone! Love this place! I may have to sell or rent it eventually which is why I thought it not a bad idea to "Describe my home" as requested!
