Rent includes shared basic cleaning supplies, but not toilet paper or laundry supplies. Floors are bamboo and polished concrete. A shared kitchen, living room, dining room and shady outdoor patio is included. Onsite washer and dryer. A maximum of 2 people in your half of the house. The house is well set up for small gatherings of friends. Everyone cleans up after themselves, takes care of their own food and cooking. There is a stocked kitchen we share, plus cabinet space and fridge and freezer space for your food. There are also no new pets allowed as there are 2 Boxer dogs, ages 7 and 8 that live onsite. The dogs can be kept away from your side of the house with the baby gate. Roommates: There is 1 woman (me) living here as well. I take care of/clean-up after the dogs, plus general yard maintenance. I am in my forties, work, am a tidy person. My hobbies include running, hiking, watersports, yoga, and weightlifting. Most people describe me as patient and laid back. I get along well with college students to seniors; working professionals to tradesmen and military. No smoking/vaping allowed inside or in the garage; no illegal activity; no large parties; parking is on the residential street for up to 2 vehicles; month-month lease and mid-term rentals are fine, but 3 months or less have $120 cleaning fee.
