    After extensive renovations including a new pool and resort backyard over the last 4 years we have decided to rent out our amazing home starting February 1, 2025 The is a 3 bed/2.5 bathroom, with 2 car garage, house with all bedrooms on the 2nd story. The house is 1622 sq feet but it feels much larger with 20' vaulted ceilings in the living room as you enter the house and dual sliding doors to the backyard. Laminate flooring throughout and granite kitchen countertops. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer in the garage. The driveway has brand new pavers and we will be finishing the front yard in the next few weeks (pictures to come). It's in a great neighborhood with amazing neighbors and no HOA. The street is very quiet with plenty of street parking if needed and quick access to the 76 and 78 freeways. Just a bike ride away from Alamosa Park Elementary school, Mission Vista High School and Guajome Regional Park. The backyard has a turf putting green, gas fireplace, gas fire pit behind the pebble pool and spa. It's all lined with tropical palms, plants and citrus producing trees. There is a removable pool safety fence for the kids. Adjacent to the main house is a1bed/1 bath ADU, garage and driveway. The ADU is not part of the listing and is currently rented out to someone who grew up in the neighborhood. The ADU has no access or visual of the backyard and its entrance is on the opposite side of the property but it does share a wall with the living room of the main house. We will cover the gardner, pool service and $100 of the water bill to make sure the plants are well watered. Lease is a minimum 1 year but we would love to do 18 month to 2 years if the tenant would like. Additionally we are open to month to month but the monthly rent would be higher.
