The street is very quiet with plenty of street parking if needed and quick access to the 76 and 78 freeways. Just a bike ride away from Alamosa Park Elementary school, Mission Vista High School and Guajome Regional Park. The backyard has a turf putting green, gas fireplace, gas fire pit behind the pebble pool and spa. It's all lined with tropical palms, plants and citrus producing trees. There is a removable pool safety fence for the kids. Adjacent to the main house is a1bed/1 bath ADU, garage and driveway. The ADU is not part of the listing and is currently rented out to someone who grew up in the neighborhood. The ADU has no access or visual of the backyard and its entrance is on the opposite side of the property but it does share a wall with the living room of the main house. We will cover the gardner, pool service and $100 of the water bill to make sure the plants are well watered. Lease is a minimum 1 year but we would love to do 18 month to 2 years if the tenant would like. Additionally we are open to month to month but the monthly rent would be higher.
