Location...space...price. That is the trifecta of what renters take into consideration when deciding on an apartment. This apartment accomplishes all 3 (in a good way of course). This large 2 bedroom is a gem and a steal. The apartment is located in an elevator building which also has washer & dryer in the basement. There is parking for an additional fee as well. The 2 bedrooms can fit any size bedroom and also have great closet space. There is another closet off the kitchen that is useful for whatever use one deems appropriate. Now, the kitchen is "large" but it's compact and still sports a microwave and a dishwasher. It is an open layout kitchen with living room where one has the space to put a large dinner table and still have space for furniture, tv, coffee table and much more (yes, that large). The bathroom is also very large. Does it have stainless steel appliances? No, it doesn't but does that change the quality of food one cooks? No. Does that make the food taste better?
