The unit is on the middle floor, It has freshly painted walls, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fan, a/c unit, flooring in the living room kitchen area. It includes heat and water. You pay electric. You get 1 parking spot included with the rent and a storage apace. There is a shared laundry room on the garden level. NO EVENING OR WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS With all of our apartments we do a credit and background check. Your credit needs to be good. No bankruptcies less than a year. No recent judgments or repossessions. Applications are on a first come first served basis. Because we have limited showings, you are encouraged to apply before you physically see the apartment. The pictures shown are of the actual apartment photographed 1/23/25. You can always apply first and see the apartment later, You would have to pick up an application from our office in Oak Park.
