This seasonal cottage is located in the beautiful Good Templar Park in Geneva. Alcohol is prohibited. The cottage is "L" shaped with tons of counter space, cabinets, working double sink, large dorm fridge and portable toilet. Although there is a small alcove where a portable toilet is located inside the cottage, the full bath house is located directly across from this cottage and has full showers. I have spent 3 wonderful summers in this cottage. I am selling it because I am moving out of state for work. The cottage is $8,000 however there are also Community Association Dues and Park Dues that total around $166 per month.
