The cottage boasts a quad seat golf cart for riverside dining excursions, high-speed 500 Mbps internet, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy entertainment on flatscreen televisions and take advantage of the garage access and boat parking on the 1-acre lot with a circular drive. The large, fenced yard is ideal for kids to play, and features an Acron BBQ charcoal grill, a wave hot water spa with massaging bubbles for four people, and custom tiled showers. Lawn games such as Bocce, Catch, Football, Razor scooters, and Spikeball are available, along with four adult kayaks and two child kayaks with oars and life vests. The golf cart is available for use with a signed liability waiver and is perfect for driving down to the riverside restaurants. However, it is not street legal and can only be driven down to the river on our side. Located in Old Historic Homosassa, this cottage is just a 5-minute walk to the river, hosting charming restaurants, Monkey Island, and McRae's Marina. The Old Mill Tavern is within earshot, and the nearby sugar mill ruins make for a pleasant morning or evening stroll. The Ellie Schiller State Park is just half a mile down the road. A vehicle is recommended for travel to neighboring towns. Guests have access to the entire property, except for two closets locked for owner use.
