Large outdoor deck with patio furniture included. (This is a house, not an apartment). House is available from September 12th until May 25, 2027. Minimum of 5 month lease is required. Rent is $1750 per month and includes electricity, gas heat, internet, garbage, water and sewage and is due the 1st of each month. 1 car garage available for $75 per month. No pets, no smoking ANYWHERE on property. A good or better credit score, employment and background check is required. Renter is responsible for snow removal. Renter agrees to notify landlord of any and all maintenance issues prior to completion. Renter agrees to pay the first $250 of any maintenance or repair. Renter agrees to pay for the full cost of any and all repairs caused by misuse, neglect, or inappropriate conduct as deemed solely by the landlord. This house is small with a spiral staircase to a loft bedroom and is ideal for only 1-2 people. Maximum of 3 people and only 2 adults. Property is adjacent to landlord's summer home and shares outdoor spaces. Landlord lives down state September through May but visits summer home once per month for 3-4 days.
