It includes washer dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave and internet TV. All appliances and furnishings were new in 2022. House is available from now until the end of May. Minimum of 3 month lease, up to 6 months maximum. Rent is $1500 per month and due the 1st of every month. Monthly utility fee of $100 includes electricity, gas heat, internet, garbage, snow removal, water and sewage and is due the 1st of each month with the rental fee. No pets, no smoking on property. Renter agrees to notify landlord of any and all maintenance issues prior to completion. Renter agrees to pay the first $250 of any maintenance or repair. Renter agrees to pay for the full cost of any and all repairs caused by misuse, neglect, or inappropriate conduct as deemed solely by the landlord. This house is small with a spiral staircase to a loft bedroom and is ideal for only 1-2 people.
