Solterra resort is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A pet fee of $150 will be applied to your reservation if you bring a dog. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
