Would have full access to downstairs living room, dining area, kitchen, fridge, pantry, and bathroom. Has 2 car garage but would want renter to park in driveway. There is plenty of storage space available in garage as well. Beautiful grass yard and covered patio. Would ask to cover 40% of utilities which is power, water, trash, internet Flexible on length of stay. Would ask to be respectful and not throw big parties.
