The sleeping area consists of 3 large bedrooms containing a king and two queen size beds as well as an air mattress for additional guests. There is one fully stocked full bathroom in the hallway and another full bathroom en suite to the master. Linens and towels are provided for all spaces. All utilities are covered in this price including water, electricity, gas and internet. Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150/pet per stay. Insurance placement welcome. Lease terms up 90 days with extensions available if needed upon request and prior approval. Minimum stay in 2 weeks.
