The home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, basement, and a 2 car attached garage. The half bathroom is already plumbed for a tub I just haven't installed one but if it's a necessity to have 2 full bathrooms let me know and I can see about getting a plumber over there to install one It is located within view of the school if you have kids. A small park is close by as well which I found great for taking my dog for small walks. The house includes new stainless steel kitchen appliances (double oven stove, dishwasher, side by side fridge, and above range microwave). Pets are allowed for a fee. A brand new geothermal unit is ordered and about to be installed in the next week so it'll help keep the heating and cooling bills lower. The neighborhood consists of mostly families so it is a calm and quiet area except for the occasional lawnmower or sound of kids playing which was never overbearing. I found the neighbors all friendly, amazing, and willing to help eachother out. I will post more interior pictures when the current tenant is finished moving out. Thank you There is no smoking allowed in the house. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (The fee can vary depending on the pet but is typically $50 a month which is non-refundable). Service and support animals are exempt from the aforementioned fee and no extra charge will be incurred for these animals. The deposit and first months rent are due at signing. General upkeep and basic maintenance of the home and property is the tenants responsibility, the landlord is responsible for major repairs as per Minnesota landlord/tenenat laws mandate. Renter pays all utilities, garbage, internet fees, etc. The lease agreement is for 12 months but if you need a shorter lease we can discuss options. The current monthly rental price is already lower than the recommended rate so I cannot negotiate on lower rent payments I apologize. I do include kitchen appliances with the home I just ask that they are taken care of so I can continue to provide these benefits to my tenants. Thank you!
