I am subleasing my Lincoln Park Apartment. I will be moving on February 1st, but can make the unit available Ja nuary 1st. Located in a charming three-story courtyard building in Lincoln Park. The unit is on the top floor, in the back corner, away from any street noise. The unit has windows that face three directions (east, west and south). It is centrally located, close to buses and the Fullerton train stop, and a short walk to the beach. Rent: $1,395 per month Unit Details 1-Bedroom + Den/Sunroom (great for a home office!) **Bedroom easily fits a queen size bed! 1-Bathroom ~500 square feet Amenities -Dog and cat friendly (no weight or breed restrictions) -Hardwood floors throughout -Walk i n closets -Laundry in building -Heat, water, trash, and gas are all included -Tenant only pays for electricity (I average about $30 per month) and cable/internet (I pay $50 a month for RCN high-speed internet). The building manager, Suzanna, lives across the street. She is always available and does an amazing job keeping the building maintained. This summer, they installed a new roof on the building and tuckpointed the entire facade. In 2016, they installed brand new windows that are so well sealed, you can barely hear the planes fly over during the air & water show. Last year, the management company installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, as well as a new sink and faucet. They also installed a new toilet, and new bathroom vanity and faucet. I ve been lucky enough to call this apartment home for the last 4 years, please get in touch if you re interested in taking over my lease. Lease Details You will be taking over my lease which will go through May 31, 2019. In mid-March/April you ll receive the paperwork if you d like to resign for next year.
